The Sewing Angels of Hunter’s Creek have been sewing for various charities since 2000. They have created more than 3,900 turbans for the American Cancer Society’s Wig Rooms, 5,800 cool scarves for our American soldiers serving overseas, and 9,800 blankets and 48,000 pillow covers for Give Kids The World. Members have logged over 38,000 hours and they meet most Friday mornings at Town Hall. The group has 30 current members and 100+ people have participated since its founding.
